Resolutions Passed At The Annual General Meeting Of Memtech International Ltd.

Pursuant to Rule 704(14) of the Listing Manual of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, Memtech International Ltd. (the "Company") wishes to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 28 April 2010, the proposed resolutions as set out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting dated 12 April 2010 were duly passed, without any modification.
